Wheat Designs is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or any other change requested by the chief referee of the event.

Wheat Designs is not responsible for the end-user and/or viewer's equipment used to view these webcast including but not limited to the equipment failure, software failure, user's failure to ensure that the hardware, software and/or internet connection meets the system requirements listed at www.wheatdesigns.com.

Only authorized subscribers are allow to access provided services, including all related equipment, networks and network devices. Sharing of authorized customer information, including access information to share the consent provided, is strictly prohibited and may result in deactivation and/or cancellation of access privileges.

Although Wheat Designs strives to provide outstanding webcast, Wheat Designs is not responsible for any third-party services provided to Wheat Designs except for those that were expressly reimbursed by Wheat Designs.

While Wheat Designs owns the rights to the broadcast/webcast of the event, the video provider for the event and Local Organizing Committee (LOC) owns the rights to all media including video of the event that you have subscribe. Any duplication, distribution, rebroadcast or commercial use of any kind without written consent by the video provider and the LOC is expressly prohibited.

Please be aware that techincial support is available during the event by methods stated at www.wheatdesigns.com/contact.html.  While the event is in progress, techinical support may be delayed due to activities occurring on site to ensure that the event is being recorded for on-demand viewing and/or resolving any techinical diffcuilites as they may arise.  Updates will be posted and/or sent to the event subscribers via electronic methods available.

All Sales Final - No Refunds or Exchanges are available due to the nature of our service, we are not able to provide any refunds or exchanges for products/services purchased from us.
